My role:
As a project team leader manage 6 members and create images and content for online and offline products
Build master files, ideas, concepts, activities, and event flow for the event
Create a stunt "Milk tea buffet" and some promotion schemes to attract customers
Create content and coordinate with designers to create POSM publications
Create a loyalty membership program to collect customer information
Results:
More than 1,500 guests visited Ha Pho during the 3 days of the event
More than 1,000 guests tasted the Milk Tea buffet
More than 700 customers registered as members of the loyalty program

2.Vilas 8th anniversary

My role:
Build master file, ideas, concepts, activities and content for the events
Co-ordinate and manage event size which is more than 150 guests
Manage team consists of 10 members and coordinates to generate visual and content for online & offline publications
Ensure optimal costs for the event
Manage the quality and deliver event within a month from briefing to D-Day.
Results:
The event took place successfully with the attendance of more than 150 guests
Minigame online activities attracted 51,635 likes, 1,120 comments, 935 shares on Facebook platform
